Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use the site.
These terms apply to the oOMF! website and to general website enquiries made through it. Project scope, pricing, and delivery terms are always confirmed separately in writing.
Website use
The site is provided to help people understand the studio, review examples, and make contact.
- Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse it.
- Do not copy, scrape, or reuse site material in a way that misrepresents oOMF! or the businesses featured in case studies.
- Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship on its own.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, copy, branding, and structure on this site belong to oOMF!. Case-study names, logos, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Accuracy and third-party services
Reasonable care is taken to keep the site accurate and current, but the content is general information and may change over time.
The site may link to or load third-party tools and services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Project enquiries and liability
An enquiry, recommendation, or reply does not lock in scope, timing, or pricing. Those details are confirmed only when both sides agree them in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as-is and oOMF! is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content alone.
