What information is collected and how it is handled.

This policy covers website use, enquiries, workflow reviews, AI and automation projects, training, support and project records.

Plain-language service update

These pages describe the current service mix and practical responsibilities. A written proposal or agreement may add specific terms for an engagement.

Current services and information

How workflow, AI, training and support work may involve information.

The points below supplement the existing approved Privacy Policy for the current service mix.

Services covered

Information may be used to discuss or deliver workflow reviews, AI and automation implementation, practical training, managed support, dashboards, internal tools, websites and WordPress work.

Enquiries

An enquiry may include name, email, business name, service interest, timing, current tool or process, the change requested, permitted campaign attribution and technical anti-spam records.

Examples and sample information

Descriptions, public material, prepared examples or redacted data are preferred for early discussion and testing where practical.

Live business information

Live client or business information is considered only for an expressly agreed purpose, provider, account, access arrangement and workflow.

Third-party providers

Approved AI, automation, hosting, analytics, booking, email and connected-tool providers may process information needed for their role. Relevant provider terms and settings vary.

Data minimisation

Only information reasonably needed for the agreed task should be used. Fields and records that do not help the task should be left out.

Access and storage

Access owners and known storage locations should be recorded for each live-data workflow. Storage may include approved client systems, oOMF! project records and agreed third-party providers.

Cross-border processing

Cloudflare, Google, Calendly and an approved project provider may process information outside Australia. The relevant provider and settings should be reviewed before live business information is connected.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept only for the service, business record, support or legal purpose that requires it. Project-specific retention, return and deletion responsibilities should be recorded where live information is involved.

Provider model training

oOMF! does not approve use of client project information for provider model training unless the client expressly agrees in writing. Provider account settings and terms must still be checked for the agreed workflow.

Privacy questions and complaints

Contact [email protected] with a privacy question, access or correction request, or complaint. Include enough detail to identify the matter, but do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive records.

Privacy Policy

How oOMF! handles personal information.

Last updated: 13 July 2026. This page explains what is collected through the website, why it is collected, and how it is handled when someone browses, books a call, or gets in touch.

  • Project details such as service interest, timing, goals, message content, and any context submitted through a form.
  • Attribution details such as UTM parameters, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, landing page URL, and referrer URL when those values are present.

Cookies, analytics, and attribution

This site uses cookies, analytics, tag management, and similar browser technologies to understand site use, campaign performance, and completed enquiry paths.

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Site Kit, Google Maps or review integrations, and booking tools may process technical or usage data when they are loaded or used.

  • Analytics and advertising attribution may include page views, event activity, device and browser details, referral data, and campaign parameters.

Sharing and service providers

Personal information is not sold or rented.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers where needed to run the website, send and receive email, manage hosting, measure analytics, arrange bookings, keep records, receive professional advice, or comply with legal obligations.

Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. Where a third-party service is used, its own privacy terms may also apply.

Storage, security, and retention

Lead submissions are stored privately in the website admin and sent to the oOMF! contact inbox so enquiries can be reviewed and answered.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

Information is kept for as long as needed for enquiry handling, service delivery, record keeping, tax and accounting obligations, dispute handling, security, and legitimate business administration.
