| Technology | Purpose | When it is used |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress and form security | WordPress serves the site. The enquiry form uses server-generated anti-forgery and anti-spam fields. Logged-in administrators may receive WordPress session cookies. | On the website and when an authorised administrator signs in. |
| Form success confirmation | A short-lived, HttpOnly cookie confirms that the configured mail transport accepted a genuine enquiry before a lead event can be measured. It contains no contact details or message text and is consumed on the Thanks page. | For up to ten minutes after a successful enquiry. |
| Theme preference | The browser stores the selected light or dark appearance under oomf-site-theme. A first visit uses the light appearance. | After a visitor changes the appearance switch. |
| Form measurement state | After a browser-valid enquiry is sent, session storage temporarily records a timestamp, the source page path and the selected service interest. It does not contain the visitor’s name, contact details or message. The pending marker is cleared after verified measurement, a displayed submission error or expiry. | From form submission for up to fifteen minutes, or until the browser tab closes. |
| Submission-event deduplication | After verified form success, session storage may retain only the submission timestamp so that the same lead event is not measured twice in the current browser tab. | After a confirmed form success state, until the browser tab closes. |
| Campaign attribution | Permitted UTM fields and advertising click identifiers in the current address may be copied into hidden enquiry fields. The form must not copy the message body or contact details into analytics. | When a tagged visit reaches the enquiry form. |
| Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager | Google Site Kit loads measurement and tag-management scripts. These services may use identifiers or browser storage according to the active consent and Google settings. | On public pages under the site’s configured measurement settings. |
| Calendly | Booking links open Calendly’s website in a new tab. Calendly may use its own cookies or storage after a visitor follows that link. | After a visitor chooses a booking link and opens Calendly. |
| Cloudflare | Cloudflare delivers and protects the public website and may set short-lived security or load-management cookies when needed. | When traffic passes through Cloudflare or a protection check is required. |
